Convergent billing through Resident eBill provides a statement bill to the resident detailing their allocated utility charges, and also includes line items for rent, amenity fees, balance leftovers and any other charges or fees reflected in their resident ledger for the month. Each resident remits the full amount of the bill directly to the property management office. Performance invoices the property for its billing fees.

Utility billing only

Utility billing only services sends a postcard bill to the resident, detailing their allocated utility charges. Each resident remits their utility payment directly to the property management office. Performance then invoices the property for its billing fees.

Bill only with statement

This version of our utility billing only services sends a full statement detailing residents allocated utility charges and bill messages. Each resident remits their utility payment directly to the property management office. Performance then invoices the property for its billing fees.

Read, bill and remit

Read, bill and remit services provides a statement to the resident detailing their allocated utility charges only, however, each resident remits their payment to Performance, either online through our electronic payment processing program or by mail. Performance then transfers the funds into the property’s bank account, less the billing fees.
