Performance Utility Management and Billing was founded in 2013 by two property owners and a utility manager. They experienced firsthand how multifamily property management companies and individual property owners struggled to juggle operational duties and carve out time for tedious utility management obligations. With the combined knowledge and skill set of the team, it was clear that they could provide the expertise that is essential to companies and property owners alike.
Our purpose, in recent years, has been adjusted to not only include property management conveniences but also a responsibility to the communities we work in by focusing on eco-consciousness. Performance Utility Management and Billing services are designed to help multifamily portfolios encourage energy and water conservation as well as recovery of utility expenses. It is our mission to make a difference for our clients and the world we live in.
Cole serves as President and CEO of Performance Utility Management and Billing, a branch of The PPA Group. Cole is the creator and administrator of his own streamline process, setting him apart from his competitors. Since the launch of Performance Utility Management and Billing in 2013, he has grown to manage over 8,647 apartment units and has saved his clients over $235,000 in utility expenses. His aptitude for reduction of cost and utility management are in high demand. He has been awarded The PPA Family of Companies’ Growth-Oriented Values Award for his accomplishments.
As a U.S. Veteran, he served in the Marines as a Private First Class where he acquired his leadership qualities and organizational abilities. He obtained his Associate of Science in Secondary Education from Snow College in Ephraim, Utah and is studying at the University of Phoenix for his Bachelor of Science in Business.
Jessica brings over five years of experience at a global, award-winning creative agency in Canada before moving client-side to join Performance Utility Management and Billing as Director of Marketing. Jessica has several years of experience in the Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate industry which provides expert advice on market reach and customer satisfaction. She graduated at the top of her class in Advertising with an educational focus on marketing strategy, integrated marketing communications, government and corporate communications, and project management. Jessica won the 2005 Canada Millennium in Excellence Award for her leadership skills, community involvement, and academic achievements as well as other numerous awards and scholarships in the marketing industry.
Amanda serves as the Marketing Manager for Performance Utility Management and Billing, where she provides expert guidance on overall marketing strategies and execution. With over five years of experience in the Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate industry, Amanda takes great pride in her ability to build meaningful relationships with real estate community on and offline. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Baylor University.
Adilene Duque, Billing Coordinator for Performance Utility Management and Billing, provides support to the team by ensuring that all billing is accurate and timely. Adilene previously worked in administrative roles for a broad range of companies. She uses her organizational and attentive skills when entering billing and usage data into our online system. Additionally, Adilene acts as our customer service department lead where she works closely with clients of Performance Utility Management and Billing to provide an exceptional experience.
